35 Days until Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Wotcher all!

I have been busy with my new found job [working in a little cafe cum hostel of sort in bugis area] so I haven't been able to update much.

So, work was rather bad the first few days. It's a totally different style and I have to really adjust myself asap so that I can get the hang of it soon. But so far, I love the job, you know? I got to meet all sorts of people from all over in a single day -- Brazilians, Italians Australians, Taiwanese, Czech Republicans etc..it's really great. I am supposed to make little conversations with them while I serve them the drinks. Working here, they kind of like emphasize more on the communication rather than the technical parts like making the coffees etc..[but of course they are also important but over time, this kind of things should get into your head]. So it's like communication is another thing. I have been learning how to read the map, how do I tell the people to get to MRT stations, pubs, bars, ATM machines..etc Practically everything..because you'd never know what they'll ask you..lol

So it's like a really challenging job..till now, today has been the best so far. Only a fair few of mistakes made, but I still need to step on my communications skills.. =p Guess this will be enough on me for the last few days. ;)
