I was reading Nigel Marsh's
Overworked & Underlaid on the way home from work in the train.
And he wrote, "My observation is this: in many ways, intentions are irrelevant when it comes to your behaviour. It is your impact on other people that is the crucial thing."
Couldn't have been more spot on.
And yet less than an hour after I swore to myself I'd work on that, I did just the opposite.
